Izzie is a absolutely gorgeous purebred filly and is so correct in every way. This has to be the best filly our Rosie has produced to date. Izzie has text book conformation, straight limbs, very good bone, a great well set neck, beautiful head and is a lovely mover.

At this time she is the only purebred Irish Draught in the U.S.A by Parkmore Pride. Parkmore Pride competed in Ireland in show jumping and has has produced some outstanding show stock before he left for America.

Izzie is a half sister (out of the same dam) to the up and coming young stallion Manu Forti's Touch Wood who did really well at the 2007 Irish Draught Annual show at Lamplight. Touch Wood at the tender age of two and a half months came 2nd in the purebred colt class and 2nd place in the dressage suitability class.

Izzie's dam RID Hawklands Silver Rose was imported from England and is by Hawklands Silver Prince who now stands in Ireland and is doing very well show jumping. Izzie's dam is out of the Hornby premium RID mare Hawklands Blue heather who is by Timahoe heather and is out of the hornby premium RID champion mare Roma Blue Wind.

We feel this filly is of top quality and would like to see her go to a show home, She should pass her RID inspection with flying colors. Izzie would make a outstanding show mare in the breed classes and would also make a fabulous jumper, fox hunter or dressage horse. She already is displaying her natural jump and is a delight to watch in the field.

Izzie's bloodlines are very impressive from the sire's side is the great RID stallion Pride of Shaunlara, popular for good reason!! Parkmore Pride is out of the RID mare Parkmore Jewel who is by Atlantic Boy who is by Tara who is the maternal sire to the great show jumping producer Clover Hill. Parkmore Jewel's dam is Derryfrench Rose who is by Laughton. Izzie's dam Hawklands Silver Rose has a very good RID pedigree who is a Roma Blue Wind Granddaughter. She is by the RID stallion Hawklands Silver Prince who has to be one of the nicest RID's we have ever met who has a smashing temperament. Hawklands Silver Rose descends from Timahoe Heather, Slyguff Hero, Silver Jasper, Blue Peter, Kilmore Heather and Blue Henry.
