Gemma is a gorgeous and very sweet purebred Irish Draught filly by the RID stallion Touch Of The Blues and is out of our top RID mare Kerryoak Lady Dawn. She has great substance, bone, great conformation and the most fabulous top line just like her full sister Cool Touch. Gemma is extremely friendly, is very easy to work with, is very curious and outgoing.

Gemma would make a great addition to any existing breeding program or as a foundation mare for someone who is just getting started. This filly would also make a very nice show mare either in hand or under saddle. Gemma is a full sister to the RID stallion Manu Forti's Touch Down and to the young mare Cool Touch. Bloodlines
Her sire Touch Of the Blues is a grade 1 performance tested registered Irish Draught stallion who competed in England at Intermediate level eventing and regularly fox hunted. Over the year he has produced to date 8 RID stallion sons world wide and many top competition and breeding stock. Gemma's dam is a lovely old style mare, The type that is hard to find now adays who is by Gortboy by Grey Macha and is out of Arrundels Purple Heather by Ben Purple.

Gemma's dam Kerryoak Lady Dawn is a Select Hornby Premium mare which means she scored the highest honor 3 times with a foal at foot in England. This filly is extremely well bred both parents are free and clear of the more common bloodlines of King Of Diamonds, Clover Hill and Pride of Shaunlara only appears once at least 5 generations back in Gemma's pedigree.
