Well, Maggie (Prescott's Magnolia) didn't let us down, She produced an outstanding very correct black colt. Merlin has all the makings to be a serious stallion prospect and the color is an extra bonus! His conformation is outstanding with a powerful good sloping shoulder, nice and compact, great length of hip and lovely limbs with good bone. Merlin has an incredible top line, is built up hill, his movement is lovely and he has great balance and incredible self carriage for such a young lad.

This colt has outstanding bloodlines, His sire Touch Of The Blues is a grade 1 performance tested RID stallion who evented in England and regularly fox hunted. His dam Prescott's Magnolia is a beautiful typey mare who has a great top line and is a lovely mover. The parents combine the bloodlines of Blue Rajah, Slievenamon,Merry Gold, Blue Peter, Sandyhill Boy, Skippy, Golden Wonder, Ard Lass and Clover Hill.

We would prefer this colt be sold to a knowledgeable home where he can be run on as a stallion prospect and have the chance to compete.
